What is the difference between dispute resolution and mediation?
Dispute resolution uses also mediation tools,
but goes beyond mediation.
Dispute resolution does not necessarily depend on voluntary participation,
only on readiness for a conversation.
The results can be legally enforced.
Dispute resolution allows different ways of proceedings
and can be less formal than mediaton:
Slogan: Who ever achieves an arrangement wins.
The role of a chairperson in the dispute resolution process is more active:
He/She not only chairs the discussion, but also creates/proposes solutions.
